The staff at Jeff Martins office never leave you guessing if you have questions they are always there to provide you with any answers you may need. If you call and can't get ahold of the person you need to speak with and leave a return number within 48 hours your call will be returned. And that so rare in law offices. Thank you Jeff Martin

My accident was in September 2021 and they treated me so awesome it was almost like I was their only client or even like a protective parent over a child I was family it took almost a whole year and a half for my settlement to be finalized so I know them very well and they knew me very well by the end of it. like I was their main concern several times one of the partners called me back immediately after me leaving a message on the voicemail the customer service is undeniably more than I could ever expect they got me the most money that they could get they made sure that I was taken care of physically emotionally and even when I was financially in a bind because of my inability to work due to the accident they urged against getting a loan on my settlement because of interest rates but when my situation insisted they found me an awesome place at the lowest rate possible against my money. Absolutely everything about them was just so honest and pure I loved the experience

Everyone here made the accident I was in so easy to cope with. I did not want to pursue filing because I was only mildly hurt. But the at fault party’s insurance was awful to work with. A phone call here and everything was done on my behalf! My car was fixed. My back was helped! And I’m on my way! Seriously! Easy and the best people to work with!

Since my accident I have been kind of a pain in the ass to deal with!!! I can't ask for a better firm to help me this far. They have been there all hours morning and night to answer questions and help guide me in the right direction even when I have cursed, cried, been pissed off at the world!!! I understand they don't have the best reviews but at the end of the day I have been 100% satisfied and if need be will hire them again!!! Sean Johnson and his team at Jeff Martin are absolutely amazing and trustworthy and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to handle your disability claim. They were always quick to respond and answer any questions I had. I couldn’t have asked for a better firm to back me. They truly care about you as a person and want to help. My story; I am a 32yo female who became disabled 2.5 years ago. I filed my first claim a year and a half ago with nothing but rejection and denial letters., I knew the battle was going to be hard but I put my faith in AAA Disability Associates in hopes that after a year and a half of sharing information with them that I was more than ready for my hearing in July 2019. I had long awaited this day and within less than an hour my world came crashing down when the “advocate” assigned to my case was in no way prepared and within 5min the judge dismissed my case, just like that 2.5 years of waiting and fighting was over and II would have to apply and wait all over again. I spent the entire day calling law firms in hopes I would find someone who could help me. That is when I found Mandy an assistant at Jeff Martin Law firm who worked hard to find information on my case and shortly after spoke with Sean Johnson the attorney in charge of disability at this firm and he accepted to take over my case. Within a week they had another hearing scheduled for Oct 2019. The firm was amazing Tosha and Mandy worked hard to collect all my records and Sean spent days reading over my millions of medical records so he could be prepared for my day in court. Court went as well as we could have expected and he was positive about it but knew it was a 50/50 chance of approval. He said I should receive a letter in about 2-3 months well I am hear to tell you that just NINE DAYS LATER I got a letter of approval and that is no small achievement. Sean is an absolute bada** in the court room and didn’t give the Judge a reason to deny me. All this being said I have so much faith in this law firm and will continue to recommend them to anyone who needs help!!!

I was injured in a wreck when an 18 year old ran a stop sign and I am now disabled and can't work. I called Jeff Martin office and they came and met me in my home town so I did not have to drive. I really didn't expect that I would receive anything except my medical bills paid. I was pleasantly surprised when told I would receive a nice settlement. Sean was my attorney and he was great. Always patient with me when I had questions. Everyone I ever spoke with were always very kind and helpful. Thank you for making such a horrendous situation in my life a little easier to bear. After submitting an “interest-form”, Calen promptly responded with a personal call. Caleb was precise, and accommodating and set me up with an appointment within an hour of my first inquiry. Then, I met with Stefanie- and she was amazing. Professional, answered all my questions without problem, and was easy to talk to and with. I enjoyed the whole process and she helped make it feel less intimidating. I highly recommend these two.
