Sean Johnson and his team at Jeff Martin are absolutely amazing and trustworthy and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to handle your disability claim. They were always quick to respond and answer any questions I had. I couldn’t have asked for a better firm to back me. They truly care about you as a person and want to help. My story; I am a 32yo female who became disabled 2.5 years ago. I filed my first claim a year and a half ago with nothing but rejection and denial letters., I knew the battle was going to be hard but I put my faith in AAA Disability Associates in hopes that after a year and a half of sharing information with them that I was more than ready for my hearing in July 2019. I had long awaited this day and within less than an hour my world came crashing down when the “advocate” assigned to my case was in no way prepared and within 5min the judge dismissed my case, just like that 2.5 years of waiting and fighting was over and II would have to apply and wait all over again. I spent the entire day calling law firms in hopes I would find someone who could help me. That is when I found Mandy an assistant at Jeff Martin Law firm who worked hard to find information on my case and shortly after spoke with Sean Johnson the attorney in charge of disability at this firm and he accepted to take over my case. Within a week they had another hearing scheduled for Oct 2019. The firm was amazing Tosha and Mandy worked hard to collect all my records and Sean spent days reading over my millions of medical records so he could be prepared for my day in court. Court went as well as we could have expected and he was positive about it but knew it was a 50/50 chance of approval. He said I should receive a letter in about 2-3 months well I am hear to tell you that just NINE DAYS LATER I got a letter of approval and that is no small achievement. Sean is an absolute bada** in the court room and didn’t give the Judge a reason to deny me. All this being said I have so much faith in this law firm and will continue to recommend them to anyone who needs help!!!

Remember as you are reading through reviews you have to keep in mind that some people you CAN NEVER make happy. With that being said, I am rating Jeff Martin and his team from my perspective, as a client. After being in an auto accident to no fault of my own, I was shaken and confused as to what to do and who to call. I called a few firms and chose to go with "the heavy hitters"!! They made the process easy and put my mind at ease. I never had to call and get an update they notified me every step of the way. I knew it was going to take some time to get a settlement so I never expected a date or amount of time. If you are looking for a firm to take care of you, get you what you deserve and are willing to let them do the work on your behalf, then I would call Jeff Martin's office. Thank you Jeff and staff for being there for me every step of the way! Dont let negative reviews from people that are probably NEVER HAPPY ruin your day!! I want to sincerely thank everyone in Jeff Martin's office for all of their hardwork, dedication, and empathy. Henry Klaus was like my own pitbull. I felt that Henry Klaus was just as upset as I was trying to get the correct billing from my disorganized chiropractor. He was in my corner fighting with me, he was genuine, patient, and determined to help me see this all the way through. I can not thank him enough for everything and he is always a joy to talk to. Hansen, is another amazing person that was working hard on my case, he was very sympathetic and determined as well. Chase, although I only talked with him a few times I felt assured after talking with him in these final stages. All three gentleman are kind, understanding, and will fight tooth and nail for you. I have never been treated so kind, or been so assured that it would work out. They never gave up and did an amazing job. Also, a big thank you to all the ladies in the office for your kind demeanor, you were so helpful and efficient. The whole experience from being in a car accident the not knowing who to turn to or what to do is frustrating at lest. The team at Jeff Martins are great! They call to see how your doing and to update you with information. once my case went to court as stressful as that is I was totally at ease do to the attorney even when having to go more then once do to unfortunate circumstances my attorney was great, thoughtful ,and very kind. I’m very thankful and satisfied would recommend there office to anyone that wants the right people on there side!

All things considered, I am pleased with my experience with Jeff Martin and Associates. They were quick to return my calls, and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them in any way. Cameron was awesome! Now, I will say that there were several things that happened that were out of anyone’s control, but that’s kind of irrelevant. My car was totaled in an accident by my girlfriend and I thought I was in deep financial trouble. I reached out to the offices of Jeff Martin on a Friday evening after work hours. I submitted an inquiry and within a few moments one of his attorneys called me back and gave me advice, free of charge, that helped me navigate the situation which actually turned out to be a blessing in disguise. That attorney did not have to call me back on his mobile phone on a Friday evening after hours but he did so anyway. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone and if I am ever in that situation again or in need of an attorney they will be my first phone call!
