Everyone in his office from the receptionist to the legal staff is remarkable. Customer service is impeccable. I felt welcomed and wasn't rushed when I visited the office. I recommend anyone who's been in a car wreck, dealt with nursing home abuse or work related issues to give them a call.

I am not a client, but I would like to speak to the culture of this company. Recently one of their employees had a family medical emergency arise. This office did not hesitate to step up and give their employee all the support they needed to east the stress of being away from work and allowed them to focus on family. This was a blessing and speaks to the type of employer Jeff Martin is. Should the need arise I wouldn’t hesitate to use them for any of the services they offer. If they treat their employees this well I can only imagine the white glove treatment their clients receive.

I want to sincerely thank everyone in Jeff Martin's office for all of their hardwork, dedication, and empathy. Henry Klaus was like my own pitbull. I felt that Henry Klaus was just as upset as I was trying to get the correct billing from my disorganized chiropractor. He was in my corner fighting with me, he was genuine, patient, and determined to help me see this all the way through. I can not thank him enough for everything and he is always a joy to talk to. Hansen, is another amazing person that was working hard on my case, he was very sympathetic and determined as well. Chase, although I only talked with him a few times I felt assured after talking with him in these final stages. All three gentleman are kind, understanding, and will fight tooth and nail for you. I have never been treated so kind, or been so assured that it would work out. They never gave up and did an amazing job. Also, a big thank you to all the ladies in the office for your kind demeanor, you were so helpful and efficient. Great experience. Easy to work with especially when the drunk driver that hit you doesn't want to admit that they totaled out vehicle and gives you a run for your money. Definitely got mine!!!

If you have ever dealt with insurance yourself, then you now how awful that can be. This took all the hassle out of it I didn't have to talk to anyone, didn't have to track down my medical bills, all I had to do was agree to the settlement amount. By the way it was more then we expected. Hopefully I never need them again, but I would definately use them again.

Since my accident I have been kind of a pain in the ass to deal with!!! I can't ask for a better firm to help me this far.
